Terry Peters

Terry Peters - Class Teacher

Mrs. Peters was the coach at Burlington-Edison High School for 4 years. Under her advising BEHS had 2 state champions. One in Policy debate, and one in Dramatic Interpretation. Besides debate, Mrs. Peters also enjoys teaching Sophomore English as well as a student favorite, Media. In 2005, Mrs. Peters decided to step down as Debate coach, but never really strayed that far away from the team. Due to the departure of the latest debate coach, Mrs. Peters once again took over the debate class in 2007-2008, introducing the idea of debate and logic into new students while simotaneously preparing, and introducing those students into the competitive aspect of debate and turning them over to the coaches.
